SKI AREA PRIMIERO SAN MARTINO DI CASTROZZA E PASSO ROLLE

60 KM OF SLOPES AND BREATHTAKING VIEWS

The San Martino di Castrozza – Passo Rolle ski area enjoys a unique position in the Dolomites: at the southern tip of the Dolomiti Superski carousel, it boasts temperatures that are never too cold and countless days of bright sunshine.

The ski area extends almost entirely within the ‘Paneveggio – Pale di San Martino’ Natural Park, an environment of rare naturalistic value with majestic forests, wild animals, Dolomite rocks and numerous ‘malghe’ (shepherd’s huts), where in summer the cheeses for which the valley is famous are produced, hence the name ‘Carosello delle Malghe’. The pistes extend for over 60 km, between 1404 and 2357 m above sea level in a unique natural setting, presenting every degree of difficulty, with tracks with changes in gradient and fast sections on plateaus, within the reach of novice skiers and exciting for experts.
