Private lesson:
If the student does not come to the lesson with the instructor, the paid lesson will not be refunded and cannot be moved. The lesson can be done by another student.
Group lesson:
If the student does not come to the lesson with the instructor, the day will not be refunded and cannot be changed to another type of lesson.
Cancellation before 48 hours:
You can cancel the lesson by telling the ski school office up to 48 hours before the lesson starts. In this case the lesson will be refunded or moved to another date, depending on availability.
Cancellation after 48 hours:
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the lesson, the lesson will not be refunded and cannot be moved. The lesson will be refunded only if it is sold again to another client.
Group ski course structure:
The group ski course is a weekly package. A minimum number of pupils is necessary to organize the course. If the minimum number is not reached, or if during the week the number of students becomes lower, the School Direction can stop the course or change the course duration.
- JUNIOR SKI course (10:00 – 12:45): minimum 5 students per instructor
- BABY SKI course (10:00 – 12:45): minimum 4 students per instructor
- ADULT SKI course (10:00 – 12:45): minimum 5 students per instructor
Change to private lessons:
After the course has started, it is not possible to change to private lessons. The Direction can check each single case and decide.
Weather conditions
If the ski lifts are open, lessons take place in all weather conditions. The Direction can change the meeting point depending on which lifts are open.
If the planned lift is closed, the lesson will NOT be refunded if it can take place on another lift suitable for the learning goal decided by the teacher.
Any decisions or changes will be communicated only by the office and/or the teacher.
Helmet mandatory
From winter season 2025/2026, wearing a helmet will be mandatory for all skiers and snowboarders in Italy, without age limits. This new rule, introduced by an amendment to the “Sport” law (DL 96/2025), extends the rule that before was only for people under 18 years old. If a person comes to the lesson without a helmet, they cannot take part in the lesson because they are not allowed by the current law.
