Private skiing and snowboarding lessons

 

Duration: individual lessons are 55 minutes.

Absence of the pupil: if the pupil does not turn up for the appointment with the instructor, the lesson paid for will not be refunded or made up.

Early cancellation: Lessons may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time and date of the first lesson by notifying the ski school office. The lesson in this case will be refunded.

Same-day cancellation: In the event of a cancellation on the same day or after 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time and date of the first lesson, the lesson will only be refunded on presentation of a local doctor’s or hospital certificate with a €10.00 (ten/00) secretarial fee deduction.

In the event of cancellation of a group lesson already started, justified with a certificate from the local doctor or hospital, a flat-rate refund of €30.00 (thirty/00) will be made for each lesson/day not taken.

Skiing and snowboarding group courses

Minimum numberof participants: should the minimum number not be reached or should the number of participants decrease during the week, the Management reserves the right to interrupt or change the duration of the course:

– SKI course (from 10.00 a.m. to 12.45 p.m.): minimum of 5 students per instructor;

– BABY SKI BEGINNERS course (4 to 6 years old beginners from 10.00 a.m. to 12.45 p.m.): minimum of 5 pupils per instructor;

Pupil absence: the group course operates on a weekly package basis. In the event that the pupil does not show up for the appointment with the instructor, the day/lesson will neither be refunded nor converted to another type of lesson.

Weather conditions

  • Both private and group lessons take place in all weather conditions with working facilities.
  • In the event of closure of the chosen facility, the lesson will NOT be refunded if it can be held at another facility suitable for achieving the instructor’s teaching objective.
  • The refund will only be made if the weather situation prevents ALL facilities from opening. Alternatively, the customer may request a voucher to be used within the following winter season.

Compulsory helmet

When practising downhill skiing, snowboarding and telemark skiing, minors under the age of 18 must compulsorily wear a protective helmet. The helmet must comply with the regulations in force.
